Shipping Policy
Shipments will generally be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of purchaser’s order. Herbal Skin Solutions makes no guarantee as to the time of delivery and is not liable for any monetary loss or damages of any kind resulting from delayed delivery.
All orders over $500 are currently requiring a signature upon delivery.
All orders are documented from purchase to delivery. In the event that items are missing from a shipment package, Herbal Skin Solutions must be notified and sent a photo of the picking ticket / invoice by the Purchaser within 72 hours of package delivery. The picking ticket / invoice is a description of all items associated with your order located in each package. Failure of notification within the 72 hour window will result in no action from Herbal Skin Solutions.
No refunds are given. Any defective device must be returned to Herbal Skin Solutions within 30 days for examination and inspection. Upon confirmation of defect, defective products will be replaced within 30 days.
An additional limited 3 year warranty may be purchased for $300 within 30 days of original purchase. Under the 3 year limited warranty, Herbal Skin Solutions will repair or replace the device if it mechanically malfunctions during the 3 year warranty period. Warranty is not transferable and does not cover:
- Malfunctions caused by user’s carelessness (dropping, water damage, etc.)
- Malfunctions caused by electrical surges.
- Malfunctions caused by user’s attempt to self-repair.
- Damages caused by disaster (fire, flood, earthquake, lightening, etc.)
In no event shall Herbal Skin Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the devices. Damages are limited to repair or replacement of the items purchased.
