As estheticians and touch therapists, your work extends far beyond the skin. You create space for others to feel safe, seen, and restored, while carrying so many roles outside the treatment room—as mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, business owners, and leaders. Yet, too often, those who spend their days caring for others are the last to receive that same care.
