Kaelin is a Licensed Esthetician and the Founder and CEO of Herbal Skin Solutions, a consciously-crafted skincare company that, from concept to creation, places energetic alignment with science, and environmental protection at the forefront.
From potent botanical formulations that are both safe for all skin types and deliver clinical results, to packaging that honors the Earth and its resources — Kaelin’s intention for Herbal Skin Solutions is to bring forth rituals that run more than skin-deep and feed the wellspring of the mind, body, and soul alongside an array of skin concerns.
In addition to her work leading Herbal Skin Solutions, Kaelin is also an educator working to elevate the professional esthetic collective by providing hands-on training and certifications via her education company, The Esthetics Academy, as well as a contributing author speaking at industry events and conferences.
Over the years, Kaelin and her Herbal Skin Solutions glow-getter community have worked together to support natural disaster relief efforts, clean water initiatives, tree planting, domestic violence and human trafficking victims, and support the protection of indigenous rights and the Amazon rainforest through partnerships and fundraising efforts.

Sustainably-Sourced Ingredients
For all the ingredients we can’t grow and supply ourselves, we’ve partnered with other certified organic farmers to source ingredients with the highest nutrient density. Being this close to the source also ensures that we don’t hit supply chain issues and only have products go on backorder if an ingredient is out-of-season.
Walking the Eco-Conscious Talk
Whether it’s meticulously curating as many recyclable product packaging components from upcycled materials as possible or offsetting our brand’s entire carbon emissions every year, we take a variety of steps to ensure that we’re not just being friendly to the planet, but actively protecting it.

Trees For The Future
We have contributed to the planting of over 53,126 trees & growing! Trees For The Future also employs teams of farmers in poverty-stricken areas and they empower female entrepreneurs by requiring a minimum of 30% of the farms they work with to be female-owned.

The 1% for the Planet® Impact Fund at National Philanthropic Trust combines the power of philanthropy with a robust portfolio of environmentally-focused investments to support nature-based solutions and other vital strategies for our planet and future generations focusing on: Rights to Nature, Conservation & Restoration, Resilient Communities, Just Economies.
Carbon Offsets To Alleviate Poverty
Through COTAP, we removed 100 tonnes of CO2 emissions out of the atmosphere:
• 25 tonnes to Ecotrust’s Trees for Global Benefits (TFGB) Community Carbon Project in Uganda.
• 25 tonnes to KSKHAW-UMWS’s Khasi Hills Community REDD+ Carbon Project in India.
• 25 tonnes to The Nakau Programme’s Drawa Rainforest Conservation Project in Fiji.
• 25 tonnes to KKI Warsi’s Bujang Raba Community PES Project in Indonesia.

In addition to our commitment to providing the highest level of client and customer support, we’re also fiercely protective of our planet.We’re of the mindset that if we get to benefit from all the beautiful bounty of Mother Earth while we’re here, it’s our responsibility to replenish the resources we take so that future generations can bask in her beauty as well.Part of that commitment takes shape in our formulations by sourcing our ingredients sustainably and humanely, and only working with manufacturers who are equally committed to environmental protections.We make an effort to be as eco-friendly with packaging as possible. This includes choosing high quality, Italian-made glass that can be recycle. Our shipping team uses upcycled materials and other kraft packaging that can easily be recycled. (80% of our raw materials used for our beechwood jar packaging components are certified by the Forests Stewardship Council.) We also create varied product-sizing options for esthetic professionals so that they can use consumables with less waste in the treatment room. Finally, we’ve partnered with select organizations, like those below, to ensure that the reach of our impact extends far beyond the bathroom counter and can continue for generations to come. For us, eco-friendly isn’t a trend, it’s the ethical foundation that Herbal Skin Solutions is built upon.
