In our Pro-Glow Peel (PH 2.2), we crafted a unique blend of naturally-derived lightening agents that work together to even skin tone and texture for an overall brighter and more youthful complexion. 

In addition to brightening, the plant and fruit extracts in this blend also makes it highly effective when paired with Nano-Infusion to increase cellular turnover, inhibit skin pigmentation, enhance moisture levels and increase product absorption of active ingredients by up to 97%.

Key brightening ingredients in the Pro-Glow peel include: 

• Bearberry Extract — derived from the Uva Ursi plant with arbutus as its active agent to reduce melanin production
  
  
• Kojic Acid — a chelation agent produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillus oryzae, which is used to lighten visible sun damage, age spots, or scars. Kojic Acid is  a known tyrosinase inhibitor, which slows down and prevents the formation of tyrosine, an amino essential for the formation of melanin. Paired with anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties, this ingredient shields the skin from oxidative stress and free-radical damage that can be attributed to aging. 
  
  
• Licorice Extract — derived from licorice root, this extract contains natural lightening properties and antioxidants that work to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone as well as soothe the skin of redness and resistivity
  
  
• Malic Acid —  derived from apples, this mild AHA encourages cellular turnover. By removing dead skin cells, the texture of the skin is softened, allowing for increased hydration and a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles
  
  
• Lactic Acid — Increases cell turnover and renewal which helps to slough off discolored layers of the skin to make way for new, evenly colored skin 
  
  
• Glycolic Acid — the smallest of the AHA family, and is both oil and water soluble, making it
  capable of efficient skin penetration and long-term skin rejuvenating benefits. Glycolic acid
  has an immediate effect for texture and skin discoloration improvements.
  
  
• Vitamin C —  targets free radical accumulation, collagen production, and visible surface

  discolorations. Synergistic combinations of these ingredients, blended with the right acids, give powerful results by enhancing skin penetration and biological activity.
