How our 12-tip has evolved:

Product assembly and additional Quality Control (QC) for an even more thorough process: We added microscopic inspection to the quality control process to eliminate needle hooking or bending
We implemented a crown tip: which allows for better grip and visibility of the needles in otherwise more difficult to reach, small or tight corners like the nose.
The diameter of each individual needle was decreased from 0.25 mm down to 0.20 mm: The smaller diameter allows for an even more precise controlled injury which can result in faster recovery.
We added a cap to the cartridge: to aid in safety for the operator by preventing potential needle stick risks associated with taking the needle cartridge out of it’s packaging.
This also allows the operator to set up for their treatment in advance, leaving supplies sitting out without compromising the needles with potential airborne pathogens.
TO REMOVE CAP: Use clean dry gloves to twist off cap. Do not pull cap.
The cap is intended to be discarded( we encourage recycling) immediately after taking it off the cartridge. DO NOT attempt to place cap back onto the cartridge after it has been taken off and especially after it has been used as that can lead to cross contamination due to a needle sticking client and operator.
Anti-slip design: the needle guide (outside, visible part that cases the needles) is part of the improved grip that has been integrated into the internal design to prevent slipping when engaging or releasing the needle cartridge within the hand-piece

Consistencies from past to present include: Stability of Raw Materials.
Surgical steel is widely used in medical instruments, has strong corrosion resistance, and can prevent metal allergy to a moderate level.

Using ROHS certified raw materials: Use of safe raw materials that do not contain harmful substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, phthalate, bromine-based flame retardants).
