Our Ethical Foundation: Responsibility Beyond Products

Eco-friendliness isn’t a trend for us—it’s the ethical cornerstone of Herbal Skin Solutions. Since 2021, when we committed to becoming a certified 1% For The Planet member, we’ve proudly donated over $81,000 through monetary contributions, in-kind donations, and volunteer hours. By  significantly exceeding our 1% annual sales commitment, we’ve increased our impact, a milestone we continue to strive for. This ethos fuels our mission to promote healthy, glowing skin and also to drive forward initiatives that serve the highest good of all people and the planet. We are honored to use our brand as a vessel for positive change in this way.

2024 Impact Highlights: Partnerships Making a Difference

  • Blue Oceans, Cleaner Future:
    Through our partnership with Ocean Blue Project, your purchases helped remove over 14,000 pounds of plastic and debris, a 57% increase from last year. This brings our lifetime total to over 33,000 pounds of waste removed from our oceans.

  • Every Herbal Skin Solutions purchase makes an exponential impact, and not just on the environmental level (we have contributed to the planting of over 44,000 trees & growing)! Trees For The Future also employs teams of farmers in poverty-stricken areas and they empower female entrepreneurs by requiring a minimum of 30% of the farms they work with to be female-owned.⁠⁠

  • Disaster Relief for Global Communities:

  • In response to Hurricanes Milton and Helene, we supported Global Giving, providing essential relief to affected communities, demonstrating that environmental care extends to humanitarian aid.

  • Strategic Partnerships for Global Impact via Planet Impact Fund
    The 1% for the Planet® Impact Fund at National Philanthropic Trust combines the power of philanthropy with a robust portfolio of environmentally-focused investments to support nature-based solutions and other vital strategies for our planet and future generations focusing on:
